We are excited to announce the update of two Curbside Laundries software features: Service Options and Service Option Categories. Chris from Curbside Laundries just dropped a quick video where he walks us through how they’ve made doing laundry even easier with their awesome service options and categories. Check it out here:
Service Options
Tired of digging through menus? We’ve got you covered. In your Curbside account, just head over to the “Maintenance” section. Here, you can easily rearrange the available options so your favorites are right at the top. Want to tweak a service name, description or price? Click on it, make your changes and hit enter – The The blue glow means your good to go!
Service Option Categories
Have you ever wished you could create your own laundry menu? Now you can! With our new service options feature, you can bundle services into categories. For example, create a “Detergent Delights” category where customers can choose their preferred detergent. The same goes for any other options you offer – softeners, stain treatments, etc. This empowers your customers to build their own custom laundry experience.
New Features We Love (Designed With You in Mind!)
- Copycat Services: If you Love a service that you have at one location, you can easily copy it over to another store with just a few clicks without having to recreate it all over again. You can even edit pricing.
- Pricing Power: You are in total control – set prices per item, per pound or even for dry cleaning. If you’d like to add a free option or an option without listed pricing, you just have to click the “No Charge” box.
- Remember My Choice: Enabling the “Save Options Selections” allows the system to save that customers preferences to their profile for future service.
- Multi-Option Magic: Selecting multiple service options will prompt the customer to specify how they would like the multiple services performed.
Last But Not Least: The Finishing Touches
Even with all these new service options, the attendant is still able to modify the exact pounds and quantity of items as needed ensuring that the order is perfect!
